The modern Delicata winery is located on the waterfront in Valletta’s Grand Harbour. The winery houses the new fermentation hall (complete with state-of-the-art winemaking technology such as Ganimede tanks) and the Delicata 17th century wine cellars (for wine maturation in 225 litre French barriques and American barrels).

The sales and administration office is open during normal office hours. The company’s tasting vaults are used for wine educational training sessions.

Except for scheduled events, tasting sessions are hosted by appointment only and restricted to members of the wine trade and food and wine journalists. Enquiries may be sent to [email protected].
